This is one of the western access control points for the REVLAC reversible lane system on the Kennedy Expressway. The tower-net installation at W. Diversey manages vehicle entry when the reversible lanes are operating westbound, coordinating with upstream and downstream towers to regulate flow during scheduled directional changes.
